Return And Refund Policy

At SPORTHOMESTEAD, we want customers to have a clear and straightforward experience when requesting a return or refund.
Return Request Period
Customers must submit a return request within 14 calendar days from the date the order was delivered.
Return requests submitted after the 14-day period may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, merchandise should generally be returned in its original condition and should not have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used beyond reasonable inspection.
Items should be returned with their original packaging and accompanying materials whenever reasonably possible.
All returns are subject to review before a refund is approved.

Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Name associated with the order
- Item you would like to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos or other relevant information when applicable
Our customer support team will review the request and provide return instructions when applicable.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, an applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Once the refund has been issued, it may take approximately 7 business days for the refund to appear in the customer's account, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Returns That May Not Be Accepted
A return may not be accepted when:
- The return request is submitted after 14 calendar days from delivery.
- The item has been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used beyond reasonable inspection.
- The returned item does not correspond to the original order.
- The customer does not follow the return instructions provided by customer support.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.
